HR Operations Lead

Role Description :

Strategic Initiatives :

Drive HR transformation initiatives, focusing on modernizing operations, in-creasing automation, and enhancing self-service capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal stakeholders, recruiters, and compliance teams to deliver accurate and timely HR support.

Service Delivery Ensure a high-quality, seamless HR user experience by developing KPIs and improving service delivery across various regions or business units. Compliance and Governance

Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Technology Data Manage and leverage HR systems (HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.) and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive improvements.

Process Optimization Oversee and enhance core HR operational processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
