Key Responsibilities :
- Policy & Process Development : Design, draft, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements. Create and maintain detailed documentation of HR processes, SOPs, process flow charts, forms, templates and checklists ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Collaboration & Compliance : Work closely with HR team members, periodically benchmark and asses the processes to ensure alignment to contemporary requirement of business, employees and HR Team expectations at the same time maintaining the process checks & controls. Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication & Training : Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to HR Team and employees. Provide training and support to HR team and other employees on new policies and procedures as appropriate to understand, adopt and effectively deploy HR Processes.
- Process Audits & Continuous Improvement : Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Identify areas for process improvement, implement CAPA and best practices to enhance HR operations.
- HR Process Automation & AI : Lead the implementation of HR process automation tools and technologies to streamline operations. Develop, deploy, and manage HR Bot solutions to improve employee experience and automate routine HR tasks.
- Reporting : Generate reports and metrics to track the effectiveness and compliance of HR policies and processes.
