We are seeking Senior HR Operations who will own and execute key HR processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality employee support.
This role involves hands-on coordination of daily operational activities while contributing to process consistency and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and induction schedules
- Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, personal information, and statutory documents
- Support day-to-day HR operations such as leave management, benefits coordination, employee letters, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations in all operational activities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and operational matters
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and facilities teams to ensure seamless employee experience
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare and share periodic reports on headcount, attrition, and operations metrics as required
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely 5 to 8 years of experience in core HR operations or shared services
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
