Location : Mumbai / Gurugram / Pune / Chennai / Remote

Work Timings : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years (International B2B domain)

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce preferred; Science second preference)

About the Role : We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clienteles in altogether a new geography US. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Manager to expand our clientele in the US market . This is a high-impact, front-facing role requiring a strategic thinker who thrives in an international B2B sales environment and understands the accounting and finance outsourcing domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities in the US accounting and finance outsourcing market
  • Generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive conversions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs
  • Keep detailed records of sales activity, revenue, invoices, and feedback
  • Offer post-sales support and ensure long-term customer success
  • Mentor and support entry-level staff and junior sales team members
  • Contribute to strategic planning for business development and key account management
  • Ensure profitability through market analysis and innovative go-to-market methods

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales , preferably in accounting and finance outsourcing
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Go-getter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Prior experience targeting clients in the North American (US) market is a strong plus
  • Sound understanding of accounting and financial services is preferred
