Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for our IT services portfolio. The BDM will focus on lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals for services such as software development, cloud solutions, managed IT, and digital transformation consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Qualify potential clients and understand their IT needs and challenges.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present company capabilities and service offerings to clients and prospects effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Identify new service opportunities or verticals based on market research and customer feedback.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as custom software development, cloud services, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
