We are seeking a driven Relationship Manager - Mortgages to join our team. This role focuses on managing existing client relationships to ensure timely EMI payments and minimize defaults, while also actively identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail mortgage products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Business Development & Sales :
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages .
- Conduct site visits to assess client properties for mortgage purposes.
