Role Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Daily tasks include overseeing the loan application process, conducting client assessments, and providing personalized financial solutions.
