Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth insurance journey for clients. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, handling customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
