Online Activation Desk for B2B Business
Role Overview :
We are looking for a driven and proactive Partner Activation Specialist to re-engage and activate dormant / inactive partners mapped under our B2B channel. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of wealth products, especially NCDs, Corporate FDs, and other fixed income offerings, and should be comfortable with high-volume partner outreach and consultative selling.
Location : Mumbai
🔹 Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to inactive / dormant partners mapped to the B2B desk across India.
- Understand partner profiles and pitch suitable fixed-income products like NCDs, Corporate FDs, SGBs, etc.
- Schedule product discussions, webinars, or one-on-one meetings to reinitiate engagement.
- Work closely with product and operations teams to onboard partners into new investment opportunities.
- Track, follow up, and convert leads into active transacting partners.
- Maintain partner engagement records using CRM tools and internal dashboards.
- Achieve monthly activation and revenue targets from the assigned pool.
- Stay updated with the latest product launches, market trends, and compliance updates.
🔹 Key Skills & Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in B2B wealth distribution or financial advisory.Exposure to fixed-income products (NCDs, Bonds, FDs) is a strong advantage.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple partner relationships remotely.Self-starter with a proactive attitude and execution mindset.Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is preferred.Thank You,
