Employee Engagement : Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Onboarding Support : Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
Employee Development : Support the coordination and delivery of training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
HR Projects : Participate in various HR projects related to employee satisfaction, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
Data Management : Help maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
Feedback and Surveys : Assist in the creation and distribution of employee surveys, and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communication : Support internal communication efforts by helping to create and distribute HR-related content, such as newsletters and announcements.
General HR Support : Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and responding to employee inquiries.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and employee engagement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
