We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Order Manager (Ops) . Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery of materials according to schedule and significantly enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves managing the complete order lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and meticulously handling data for effective operations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete order lifecycle , from material processing to material delivery, ensuring efficiency at every stage.
- Ensure the timely delivery of material as per the communication plan, meeting customer expectations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and enhanced customer experience.
- Accurately punch order details both manually and into systems for effective MIS (Management Information System) and record-keeping.
- Navigate efficiently between multiple spreadsheets and technological software for accurate data handling and processing.
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with suppliers and buyers to facilitate smooth order processing.
- Provide necessary approvals to finance and commercial teams for supplier payouts and buyer refunds.
- Take full ownership of problems that arise during any order, driving solutions proactively to ensure minimal disruption.
