Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards
- Track performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team, monitoring progress against defined targets
- Analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights and support forecasting efforts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline reporting and CRM utilization
