You'll lead client growth and conversion strategy, work directly with exciting D2C and eCommerce brands, implement your ideas, and build outcomes alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities
1. Lead Strategy & Relationships
- Act as the strategic lead and primary contact for key clients - from onboarding to renewals.
- Build long-term partnerships by ensuring alignment, measurable growth, and high satisfaction.
- Lead business reviews showcasing impact, not just activity.
- Collaborate with tech, design, and analytics teams for seamless execution and consistent delivery.
- Mentor a small client success team, ensuring operational excellence and focus on outcomes over tasks.
2. Drive Growth & Performance
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Troopod's service suite.Own account revenue, retention, and success metrics.Partner with D2C and eCommerce brands to improve ROAS, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates through experimentation.3. Strategize, Optimize & Execute
Analyze websites, ad journeys, and user funnels to identify CRO opportunities.Work hands-on with internal teams to plan and implement A / B or multivariate tests, personalization, and landing page optimizations.Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and VWO to translate insights into data-backed strategies and measurable growth.Requirements :
2–5 years of experience in Client Success, CRO, or Performance Marketing with D2C, eCommerce brands, or SaaS products.Strong command of Google Analytics (mandatory), with working knowledge of Shopify and Meta Ads.Hands-on experience using CRO and testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.Solid understanding of UI / UX principles and web design fundamentals.Proven ability to create and lead CRO strategies that drive measurable conversion improvements.Analytical, collaborative, and confident in leading clients both independently and through a team.Bonus : Exposure to CRO or marketing agencies, AI-led personalization, or growth frameworks.
