About the Role :
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our fast-growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing leads, and helping students and professionals choose the right educational programs to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential students and working professionals via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM with all customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – a must .Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.Comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone) .Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Prior experience in EdTech sales or international B2C sales will be an added advantage (but not mandatory).Perks & Benefits :
