Troubleshoot basic network issues involving firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.Manage MAC binding and control user-level network access.Monitor internet usage, coordinate with ISPs, and ensure network availability.Email & Collaboration Tools
Configure and troubleshoot email services such as GSuite, Webmail, and cPanel.Support VPN setups, and handle data backups and restores.Assist users with issues related to calendar sync, email access, and authentication.System Administration
Manage DNS, DHCP, and perform basic network configurations.Support user authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and ensure security compliance.Maintain inventory and asset records for all IT equipment.Backup & Security
Implement and monitor regular backup schedules.Perform data recovery as needed and restore user data.Ensure endpoint and user-level security best practices are followed.Skills Required
