Position : Management Information System Executive

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Information System (MIS) Executive to join our dynamic team who knows the advanced Excel. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations and strategic decision-making.

Location : Bangalore, India Onsite

Salary : Up to 4-5 L per annum

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to collect and organize business information.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the management.
  • Release Sale Order based on demand.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and reporting systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel.
  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a very clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
