Job Title : IT Executive
Location : Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Schedule : 5 Days a Week | Night Shift
Experience Required :
- 1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.Provide first-level support for hardware, networking, and system issues during night hours.Manage user accounts, system updates, and security patches.Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).Ensure smooth operation of software installations and regular system backups.Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, switches, routers).Proficiency in desktop / system management and troubleshooting Windows & basic Linux environments.Familiarity with antivirus, firewall, and basic server maintenance.Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and remote support.Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+) will be an added advantage.
