Job description

Job Title : IT Executive

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Schedule : 5 Days a Week | Night Shift

Experience Required :

  • 1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Provide first-level support for hardware, networking, and system issues during night hours.
  • Manage user accounts, system updates, and security patches.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).
  • Ensure smooth operation of software installations and regular system backups.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, switches, routers).
  • Proficiency in desktop / system management and troubleshooting Windows & basic Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with antivirus, firewall, and basic server maintenance.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and remote support.

    • Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+) will be an added advantage.
