We're looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive to help drive brand awareness, build institutional partnerships, and support both online and offline campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who's people-savvy, organised, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup with a meaningful mission.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Sales
- Reach out to schools, parenting groups, gated communities, NGOs, and corporate HRs to pitch ParentVerse as a family wellness tool.
- Follow up on leads via email, calls, and in-person meetings (if local).
- Maintain a lead tracker and report on conversion performance regularly.
- Help plan and execute offline campaigns.
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in executing brand campaigns across social media, email, and influencer channels.Coordinate with design / content teams for banners, posters, and brochures needed for campaigns.Contribute ideas for contests, activations, and seasonal engagement initiatives.Analytics & Feedback Loop
Track campaign performance (open rates, leads, referrals, downloads).Gather feedback from outreach partners or users and report insights to improve communication and targeting.Brand Messaging & Collateral
Customise decks, PDFs, and cold mail formats for different target groups.Represent ParentVerse's brand values in all outreach communication.Help build pitch narratives that resonate with parents, educators, and community leaders.Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.Comfortable with outreach, cold communication, and follow-ups.Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads or campaign threads at once.Experience with early-stage startups or the parenting / ed-tech space is a plus.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and Figma is a bonus.Why Join Us
