Position Overview :
We seek an experienced MIS Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on expertise in Sales and Marketing analytics.
This role requires proficiency in managing and analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and providing comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
The candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to improve performance and efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities : Daily Responsibilities :
1. Data Collection & Entry :
- Collect data from Sales and Marketing teams, CRM systems, and other channels.
- Update and maintain accurate leads, sales figures, and campaign details databases.
2. Report Generation :
Generate daily sales performance reports (e.g., sales targets vs. achievement).Share quick insights on deviations and areas needing immediate attention.3. Lead Tracking :
Track lead generation and distribution across teams.Monitor progress on lead follow-ups and conversions.4. System Monitoring :
Ensure smooth operation of MIS tools and resolve minor technical issues promptly.Monthly Responsibilities :
1. Comprehensive Reporting :
Prepare monthly dashboards for sales and marketing performance.Develop detailed analyses of marketing campaigns and ROI reports.Share insights on sales trends, forecasts, and opportunities.2. Market Insights :
Collate external and internal data to provide competitive analysis.Highlight potential growth areas based on data trends.3. Process Improvement :
Propose enhancements to data collection and reporting systems.Work with IT and relevant teams to automate repetitive reporting tasks.4. Team Collaboration :
Provide data-backed suggestions to Sales and Marketing teams.Support management in strategy meetings with visualized data presentations.Skills and Experience Requirements :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.Experience :
2–3 years of hands-on experience in an MIS or data analysis role for Sales & Marketing functions.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting).Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be a plus.Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills for presenting insights effectively.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.Skills Required
