Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities :

• Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.
• Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing follow-up calls.
• Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.
• Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.
• Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.
• Involving in the weekend campaigns and programmes .
