Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Marketing Executive who will play a key role in driving our growth by building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and promoting our biodegradable plastic products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (retailers, distributors, manufacturers, institutions).
- Promote and demonstrate Bioloop's biodegradable product range in the market.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Conduct field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Organize and participate in on-ground marketing activities, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of field marketing / sales experience (FMCG, packaging, or sustainability products preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly solutions.What We Offer
