Cluster Manager the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Manager Business Loans to lead and manage sales operations within an assigned cluster.
The role involves driving business growth through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strong client and partner Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for unsecured business loan products.
- Identify and acquire potential business clients through DSAs and other sourcing channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize business growth.
Team & DSA Management :
Recruit, train, and manage DSAs and sales team members within the cluster.Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring to ensure productivity and low attrition.Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.Client Relationship & Risk Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Conduct thorough financial assessments of potential clients, ensuring creditworthiness.Ensure loan documentation, approvals, and disbursals are completed in a timely and compliant manner.Operational Excellence :
Track business performance metrics and prepare regular MIS / reports.Drive process improvements, compliance adherence, and risk mitigation across the cluster.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer & Experience :Bachelors / masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).4-5 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 to 5 years in business loans or unsecured lending.Proven track record of managing DSAs and sales teams.Strong understanding of financial products, credit, and lending processes.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management Competencies :Target-driven with strong business acumen.Ability to lead and motivate diverse sales teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.High level of integrity and customer-centric approach(ref : iimjobs.com)
