Position : Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Experience : 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta / Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients.
• Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth.
• Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients and contribute to overall account growth.
• Train, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.
• Work closely with clients (primarily USA-based) to understand their goals, propose strategies, and drive results.
