The Role

We’re seeking a Marketing & Project Manager to be the execution engine of the brand. This high-visibility role works directly with the CEO and Operations Manager, ensuring that marketing campaigns reflect our luxury positioning while keeping all cross-functional projects on track.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and hands-on, with strong marketing awareness and project management discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Operations

Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns launch on time.

Track campaign performance (social, influencer, paid media) and consolidate results into clear reports.

Assist in planning and executing brand activations, product launches, and collaborations.

Monitor brand mentions, customer sentiment, and reviews across Shopify, Instagram, and other channels.

Project Management & Execution

Lead daily standups to align team priorities and unblock tasks quickly.

Build and manage project dashboards (Notion / Sheets) to track deliverables, owners, and timelines.

Ensure cross-functional projects (manufacturing, logistics, marketing, design) are delivered on time with accountability.

Document meeting notes, assign action items, and ensure follow-through until closure.

Communication & Coordination

Act as the central point of contact between CEO, Ops Manager, agencies, and freelancers.

Draft and circulate structured weekly updates for leadership.

Ensure communication (internal & external) aligns with Duke & D’Or’s luxury positioning.

Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or brand management, ideally in D2C or consumer lifestyle brands.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable leading meetings, managing timelines, and ensuring accountability.

Hands-on with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Excel / Sheets, and marketing dashboards.

A self-starter with a bias for action and accountability .

Bonus : exposure to digital marketing, campaign management, or customer experience (CX).
