Job Description :

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team.

This role will be responsible for leading our paid social media strategy, managing a annual budget.

You'll play a critical role in driving pipeline through paid channels, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do :

• Own and lead the paid social strategy end-to-end, ensuring alignment with GTM goals.
• Manage a annual paid social budget, including planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
• Lead campaign execution and optimization across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot campaigns with partners.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous campaign improvement and report on performance to senior stakeholders.
