Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive - Business Development based in Sriperumbudur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our business process automation solutions, and generating sales leads. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions
• Strong understanding of ERP, HRMS, CRM, and Business Process Automation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
