Job description

Renewals Sales and Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities :

  • Tracking subscription renewals.
  • Sending timely reminders to customers.
  • Outbound Telecalling to ensure that clients are renewing their courses on time.
  • Helping the existing customers with upgrades.
  • Keeping thorough records of all current and potential clients.
  • Ensure achievement of Renewal Collection targets.
  • Exceed defined monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual sales quota.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge about courses and clarify information wherever required.
  • Engage with customers at various points (welcome calls, service / feedback calls, renewal calls).
  • Building strong client relationships by offering superior after-sales support which includes welcome calls, service / feedback calls, renewal calls.

Client Servicing and Renewals Executive Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or an area closely connected to the sector.
  • A Renewal Sales executive with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • The capacity to perform well under duress.
  • Strong time- and project-management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Capable of effective communication.
  • Superior customer service abilities.
