Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and potential clients - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
Pre-requisites
This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, CIO / IT organization, IT operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and sales.
Having a background of HR Domain or HCM tools or CHRO organization exposure will be a big plus.
The associate will be reporting to the Sub ISU Head.Qualifications / Prior Experience
Understanding of enterprise IT operations domain and related area. - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and expanding client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
