- Identifying prospective clients, sending pitches, and generating leads.
- Presenting the company products to the prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to generation of leads and closure of the same.
- Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Liaise and partner with the sales team to identify complex sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA will be a Plus).
- 4 - 5 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to hunt new leads and manage a bucket of new leads, closure of the leads.
- Candidates must have Rewards industry (Physical gifting) experience.
- Great team player and has good team-handling skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day.
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper lead generation methodologies.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work.
