HR Manager – GHR Callisto (Real Estate)

Location : Hyderabad | Reporting to : CEO

GHR Callisto is a fast-growing name in the Real Estate industry. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles.
• Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
• Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
• Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka / Zoho).
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events.
• Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees.
• Organize employee engagement events and foster a positive work culture.
