Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of services that meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Project Coordination & Delivery :
- Understand the design work and assign tasks to the team with realistic deadlines.
- Manage client accounts by coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Business Development :
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to offer solutions that align with client needs.
