Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Interaction & Support :
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all new client queries, understand their requirements, and share relevant information.
  • Account Management :
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cross-functional Coordination :
  • Coordinate internally with the operations, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Client Meetings & Follow-ups :
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Product & Service Knowledge :
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered (training will be provided).
  • Reporting & Feedback :
  • Proactively share updates, reports, and insights with clients.
  • Track client feedback and work with teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Record Maintenance :
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, briefs, and project timelines.
