Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction & Support :
- Serve as the first point of contact for all new client queries, understand their requirements, and share relevant information.
- Account Management :
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Cross-functional Coordination :
- Coordinate internally with the operations, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Client Meetings & Follow-ups :
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Product & Service Knowledge :
- Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered (training will be provided).
- Reporting & Feedback :
- Proactively share updates, reports, and insights with clients.
- Track client feedback and work with teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Record Maintenance :
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, briefs, and project timelines.
