Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of services that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery :
  • Understand the design work and assign tasks to the team with realistic deadlines.
  • Manage client accounts by coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development :
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to offer solutions that align with client needs.

Key Requirements :

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
  • Previous experience in an ad agency or design firm is a plus.
