Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Executive Assistant to work closely with our Managing Director / Director in transforming ideas into tangible results. This role goes beyond traditional scheduling and coordination — you will own and drive initiatives from start to finish , ensuring every task, project, and commitment is executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
From vendor management and operational follow-ups to event coordination, market visits, and high-priority strategic projects , you will act as the Director’s eyes, ears, and execution partner, proactively advancing work, anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring seamless operational flow across all fronts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Execution Across All Fronts
- Take ownership of projects and tasks from concept to completion.
- Ensure followups are done relentlessly until closure.
- Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they escalate.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Build strong vendor relationships and ensure commitments are met.Negotiate, coordinate, and manage timely delivery of products / services.Conduct site / vendor visits to verify progress and quality.3. OnGround & Operational Support
Be present where work happens offices, events, supplier locations.Coordinate with internal teams to push execution on agreed timelines.Track deadlines, followups, and action points daily.4. Event & Project Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, launches, and key meetings.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for flawless delivery.5. Executive Assistance
Manage the Directors calendar, travel, and meeting preparations.Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes.Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.What We’re Looking For-
