This role supports the Corporate Strategy function by improving project execution through
strong coordination, structured documentation, and data-driven insights. The individual
will work closely with project teams, procurement, design consultants, and contractors to
ensure milestones are met and leadership has clear visibility via reports and dashboards.
Over time, the hire will independently handle smaller strategic projects with measurable
outcomes.
Primary KPIs
1. Reduce operational bottlenecks through effective coordination and structured tracking
between project, design, procurement, vendors, and finance.
2. Deliver strategic mini-projects end-to-end, focused on cost, planning, design, and process
improvement.
