Strategic Initiatives Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution - Partner with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.
• Product Thinking - Apply a product-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer centricity and scalability in all initiatives.
• Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
• Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and drive execution.
• Business Analysis & Insights - Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, including competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and performance tracking.
• Founder Support - Act as a thought partner to the founder, preparing strategic briefs, investor updates, and board materials.
