[Urgent] Training Manager

We are looking for a Manager Training who can bring innovative thinking to the table, leading our team towards achieving training KPI targets effectively.

• Key Requirements :
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and delivering presentations.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading projects for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Target meetings.
• Extensive experience in efficiently handling new transitions and business processes.
• Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick model, Training Needs Identification (TNI), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) management.
