We're looking for a Senior Manager – Training to lead strategic learning initiatives for Content Moderation verticals. This is a leadership role focused on training delivery, stakeholder management, and team development across complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead training operations at the account level, ensuring all goals are met.
- Design and implement learning integration and transition plans.
- Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders for effective training execution.
- Monitor training performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage training teams, mentor new and existing resources.
- Oversee LMS configuration and reporting.
Required Experience :
3+ years in Digital Marketing or Content Moderation training.7+ years in leadership roles, including 3+ years managing people managers.Proven experience in training program design, execution & performance management.Preferred Skills :
Understanding of Advertising / Marketing or Content Moderation ecosystems.Experience in content design, LMS administration, and change management.Behavioral Traits :
