Assistant General Manager Sales

Job descriptionProven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. 6 days working schedule with a standard 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM shift. Paid sick leave. Performance bonus based on individual and team achievements. Yearly bonus based on overall company performance. Incentives on closing deals.
