Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Malappuram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and achieving sales targets. They will also be tasked with maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
