Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Aon Hewitt, located in Malappuram. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluation, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve organizational performance. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving business growth. The role also involves client relationship management and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the insurance or human resource industry is a plus
