Experience Required

Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resource Recruitment, managing Bulk Hiring for BPO / KPO

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to finalizing selections. This role demands strong expertise in recruitment strategies, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and ensuring the best talent is brought on board in alignment with the organization's workforce goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition .

• Source and attract candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
• Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
• Organize and conduct interviews for potential hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection.
• Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
• Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
• Ensure timely and effective onboarding for new hires.
• Support campus hiring and other recruitment events.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring for the BPO / KPO industry.
