- Responsible for strategizing and executing various HR learning initiatives, Compensation Plan and HR processes Systems. The position is also responsible in implementation and maintenance of
- QMS for HRTraining + Development
- Competencies Enhancement Design and Develop a process for Training-Need-Identification
- Consolidate Annual Training Plan for all Locations release location wise training calendars
- Design, Develop and Coordinate Internal Programs
- Develop In-house faculties
- Coordinate External Training
- Monitor Program Effectiveness
- Maintain training records and MIS
- Implementation of On Line Testing + Self Learning Module
- Compensation Management
- Collect Market Information
- Review Compensation Industry Forum
- Participate in Comp-Surveys
- Execute compensation plan for the entire Organization in consultation with HOD HR
- Assist in finalizing promotion proposals for all departments
- Assist in finalizing salary change / revision proposal
