About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader (Insurance Domain) who will be responsible for managing a team of insurance executives / agents, driving daily operations, ensuring process compliance, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Life / General Insurance processes , team handling, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance agents / executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines, compliance, and company policies.
• Maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and daily productivity trackers.
• Handle escalations and support team members in resolving complex queries.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and quality checks.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and policy processing.
