Main Tasks
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow business with OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
- Drive customer engagement, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead RFQ process, pricing negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality) for seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic business planning.
Experience
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (MBA preferred).8–10 years of relevant OE sales experience (MSIL,HYU / KIA, Mahle, Hannon) .Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.Proven track record of handling automotive OEMs and Tier 1s.Show more
