Roles & Responsibilities :
- Open to learning broad- band industry related knowledge and capability to learn and do trainings apart from Sales as per business requirements
- Relevant interventions and programs contributing to the Total net adds, thereby improving the topline business
- Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives
- Sales Capability to enhance sales executives and Network Engineers knowledge and skills across functions
- Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations to create impact with participants and managers
- Coordinating with stakeholders of various functions and sub-functions or department to develop and deliver training programs
- Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate training content
- Explore and develop various types of content like videos, gamification, AI, for engaging the audience
- LMS-Management
- Leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization
- Conducting and co-ordinating for Field and Floor coaching for customer-facing employees
- Focus on building Capabilities of new hires.
- Ensure 100% data-management at micro level for all L& D programs
