Job Opening : Accounts Sales Manager – Automotive Industry

Location : Chennai

Experience : 10 – 15 Years

Compensation : ₹35 – 40 LPA + Benefits

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Sales Manager with a strong background in solution sales for the Automotive Industry . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial equipment and heavy machinery solutions , along with a strong ability to build and grow key accounts.

This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and client relationship management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution sales initiatives for clients in the Automotive Industry, focusing on industrial equipment, heavy machinery, and related technologies .

Develop and manage strategic customer accounts , ensuring long-term partnerships.

Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and manufacturing companies to identify new opportunities.

Provide consultative sales support , tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, technical, operations) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Conduct market research on industry trends, competition, and client needs to enhance sales strategies.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with a focus on value-driven selling .

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals .

Desired Candidate Profile

10–15 years of proven experience in solution sales within the Automotive Industry / Industrial Equipment / Heavy Machinery sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery solutions, and automotive applications.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and closing large deals .

Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to customer needs.

Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
