We are looking to hire a Circle Head HR for one of our leading clients based in Hyderabad
The incumbent would be responsible for
- HR Leadership & Business Alignment Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Labor relations Developing and implementing an overall strategy for union handling, employee retention, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance and labor policy, to support an excellent work environment and compliance with labor regulations.
- Lead / Oversee or Assist Region HR / IR leaders in executing labor strategy and all field activities within the Business Units.
- Organizational Development & Cultural Integration Lead change management efforts, refine policies, and integrate HR processes with the broader group.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Ensure strategic manpower planning and effective hiring to support business expansion.
- Employee Engagement & Capability Enhancement Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and implement training programs to bridge current and future skill gaps.
- Operational Excellence in HR Establish structured, process-driven HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best-in-class HR practices.

MBA from a recognized institute with 13-17 years of HR leadership experience.Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.Skills Required
