Job description4-6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Lead Gen focused) Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies Experience with healthcare, multi-location brands, or similar high-conversion industries Strong analytical skills ability to work with GA4, CRM / Lead tracking systems Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Zoho CRM Excellent communication and reporting skills - Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred) Experience working with agencies for large-scale brands Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with ad platforms
About the Role :
ASG Eye Hospital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record in Google Lead Generation and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) . This individual will be responsible for managing high-budget campaigns, closely monitoring performance, and optimizing for maximum ROAS across multiple services and cities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Focus on lead generation for healthcare services with high-quality targeting
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPL, and CTRs
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals
- Manage large monthly budgets across multi-location campaigns
- Analyze and present campaign data to internal stakeholders with actionable insights
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to healthcare lead generation
