Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of healthcare marketing, be passionate about digital storytelling, and possess the ability to translate complex medical topics into engaging, audience-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
- Manage daily posts, reels, stories, and community interactions to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-quality graphics, videos, and visual content.
- Influencer & Partnership Management :
- Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with health, wellness, and lifestyle influencers.
- Build and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers for brand advocacy.
- Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns.
- Ensure all influencer content is compliant with brand standards and healthcare guidelines.
- Content Marketing :
- Plan, create, and manage compelling content including blog posts, newsletters, video scripts, patient testimonials, and infographics.
- Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to translate clinical insights into digestible educational content.
- Ensure all content aligns with ASG Eye Hospitals voice, vision, and brand guidelines.
- Campaigns & Promotions :
- Design and execute campaigns around key health days, hospital initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Track and optimize content performance using analytics tools.
- Reputation & Community Building :
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Engage with patient communities and influencers for outreach and partnerships.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Analyze engagement metrics, growth trends, and ROI to refine strategies.
- Present monthly performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in social media and content marketing (experience in healthcare preferred).Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts and campaigns.Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio of content across formats.Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
