Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients digitally by engaging with leads through the Loan Management System (LMS) or other digital platforms.
- Assist clients in downloading and navigating the mobile application.
- Guide clients through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure completion and compliance.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client queries or technical issues related to app usage and KYC.
- Track and report on acquisition metrics and progress to management regularly.
